About the Position We are now seeking an engaged mechanical design engineer who wants to contribute to the development of future lifting solutions. As a mechanical design engineer at Lifts All, you become part of a technology-driven team and work with design, modeling, and simulation of mechanical components and systems, with a focus on creating safe, functional, and user-friendly solutions for the company's customers. The role includes participating in both smaller and larger projects, where you are responsible for all phases of the design, from concept to finished product, and contribute to driving the work forward. In design, you work with a holistic perspective and consider the product's entire lifecycle, from manufacturing, assembly, and testing to future service. You work closely with production personnel and other parts of the business to develop solutions that meet customer needs and work well in practice. Qualifications and Characteristics To thrive as a mechanical design engineer at Lifts All, we see that you are solution-oriented, self-driven, and have a structured and thorough work approach. You have a good understanding of mechanics and design, are analytical in your way of working, and enjoy taking responsibility for driving the design from concept to finished solution. You appreciate a varied work environment where customer needs and projects can change, and you enjoy working at a fast pace without compromising on quality. You also have an understanding of how products can be designed to work well in production and assembly, for example in terms of machining, bending, or 3D printing. At the same time, you are a team player who enjoys close collaboration with production and other parts of the business. You are happy to contribute ideas and improvement suggestions that develop both products and work methods. In addition, you have: Higher education in mechanical engineering, mechanics, or a similar relevant field. At least three years of experience in mechanical design. Relevant CAD experience, preferably in SolidWorks. Class B driver's license. Meritorious experience: Experience with PDM systems and FEM and analytical calculations. Previous experience in project management. Experience with ERP systems, preferably Monitor.
