Here you'll have a central role in the contracting team and become an important support to project managers and colleagues in creating smart, energy-efficient, and sustainable building technology solutions. As a constructor, you'll work closely with projects and contribute with documentation, design, and technical materials that ensure quality throughout the project. The role suits you if you have a background in building automation, alternatively HVAC or electrical technology, and enjoy combining technology, organization, and problem-solving. Responsibilities As a constructor, you support project managers and project teams with design work in contracting projects within building automation. The role is varied and involves developing, compiling, and ensuring the technical materials needed for projects to be executed efficiently and with high quality. Examples of responsibilities: Develop material specifications Design control systems Compile material orders Develop and update I/O lists Work with operation and maintenance binders Support project managers with technical materials and documentation Collaborate with project managers, technicians, programmers, and installers Contribute to structure, quality, and clarity in project documentation We're Looking for Someone Who: Has experience or knowledge within building automation, alternatively an HVAC or electrical technology background Has good technical understanding and interest in building technology systems Is structured, precise, and has a good sense of organization Enjoyed working with technical materials, documentation, and design Can communicate fluently in Swedish and has good understanding of technical documentation Has good computer skills and easily adapts to technical systems and working methods Meritorious: Experience in design within building automation Knowledge of HVAC systems, control and regulation technology, or electrical installations Experience developing control systems, I/O lists, material specifications, or operation/maintenance documentation Experience working in contracting projects Experience with relevant CAD, design, or documentation tools Personal Qualities You're someone who thrives when things are organized and orderly, and you have a natural ability to create structure even in complex technical contexts.
