On behalf of our client, we are now seeking an experienced electrical design engineer who wants to contribute both to projects and to the team's continued development. The Role
In this role, you will become an important part of driving and developing electrical design within both small and large projects. You receive and handle assignments, conduct technical investigations, and follow up on deliveries from consultants and suppliers. An important part of the work is to ensure that everything meets the right quality standards, complies with regulations, and contributes to safe and functional solutions.
You will, among other things:
Manage electrical design projects, from inquiries and deviations to technical investigations.
Train and guide junior colleagues and contribute to team development.
Create and update documentation such as electrical drawings, material specifications, and technical descriptions.
Support the organization and clients in technical matters.
Follow up on submissions and deliveries from external consultants and suppliers.
Bear financial responsibility and resource allocation responsibility in ongoing projects.
Participate in design, work, and coordination meetings and contribute with your technical expertise.
If you have experience as an inspector, that is a welcome plus.
Your Background
We are looking for someone with a solid foundation and several years of experience in the field. To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
At least 5 years of experience in electrical design.
Technical education within electrical and telecommunications installations.
Experience with CAD environments such as AutoCAD Electrical, MagiCAD Electrical, or similar. Knowledge of Revit is a merit.
A strong ability to interpret and review complex drawings and diagrams.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Your own client base is considered a merit but is not a requirement.
