Job Responsibilities
You have several years of experience from workshop environments and feel confident in your role as a welder. You're a practical problem-solver who enjoys working independently, taking responsibility, and finding smart solutions when challenges arise. We believe that you:
• Have extensive experience with MIG/MAG welding
• Can read and understand drawings and WPS documents
• Master inspection measurements and quality controls
• Have experience with joint preparation, angle grinding, and common workshop work
• Can set up equipment and perform basic operator maintenance
• Have basic knowledge of metallurgy
• Speak and write Swedish fluently
• Hold a valid Class B driver's license
If you have welding certifications, experience with TIG or MMA, a forklift license, a crane operator certification, or a Hot Work certificate, we consider these as merits.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is confident in welding, can read WPS documents, set welding parameters, perform basic operator maintenance such as changing gas nozzles or replacing/servicing hose packages, etc. You should be able to read drawings and have several years of workshop experience, so you feel comfortable in that environment. MIG-MAG (certification preferred—not required) plus bonus if you also have TIG and MMA experience. You should be practical with good experience in angle grinding and welding, and be able to read drawings and perform inspections. You should also have basic knowledge of metallurgy and be able to speak and write Swedish. Merits include forklift license, crane operator certification, welding licenses, and Hot Work Certificate. Class B driver's license is a requirement, as is being thorough, a good problem-solver, and having practical hands-on skills.
