About the Assignment We at Novare Bemanning are a proud and approved provider of the state framework agreement in Sweden. We now have a vacant position for someone with previous experience from the service industry. You will work in the conference department at the relevant authority. We would appreciate if you have good technical competence to feel comfortable in your role as a conference host. The work tasks are generally varied and consist entirely of ensuring that everything is in place for conferences at the authority. This can include replenishing materials, copying, dishwashing, some cleaning, technical support, serving fika and lunch, as well as detailed planning around the execution of conferences. For this role we are looking for someone with a good sense of service. You are communicative, structured and thorough. Furthermore, we see that you thrive in a role with multiple contact points. Requirements for the Position at least three (3) years of work experience as a conference host driver's license category B basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent basic knowledge of case management systems experience working with video conferencing equipment ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing basic knowledge of English, both orally and in writing. Assignment Period and Scope The assignment is full-time during office hours and runs from 2026-10-01 to 2027-03-31, with a chance for extension.
