About the Position We are now recruiting a conference host with technical expertise for the Swedish Migration Agency's conference department. The role involves an important function in ensuring a well-functioning and professional conference operation. As a conference host, you will become part of internal services and contribute to creating a functioning and structured environment for meetings and conferences. The role involves contact with both internal and external participants and contributes to a well-functioning whole. The duties of the position include: - Restocking of materials - Copying - Dishwashing - Light cleaning - Technical assistance - Serving coffee/tea breaks and lunch - Detailed planning of conference implementation - Preparing facilities, furniture, equipment, and any assistive devices before and after conferences Assignment Period and Scope This position is a full-time consulting assignment starting 2026-10-01 and is expected to run through 2027-03-31, with the possibility of extension for up to six (6) months. Requirements for the Position: • At least three (3) years of work experience as a conference host • Knowledge of MS Office or equivalent • Knowledge of case management systems • Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written • Experience working with video conferencing equipment • B-level driver's license • Be available for interview during weeks 35 and 36 For us to proceed with your application, you must clearly demonstrate in your CV that all of the above requirements are met.
