Pastry Assistant with Responsibilities & Barista Skills – Weekend Work Ritorno is growing in Vasastan and is looking for a service-oriented and driven employee for our pastry shop and bistro! We are looking for you who want to work weekends with us. The business has a clear pastry shop and bistro focus, where we sell cakes, pastries and confectionery items as well as food, beverages and alcohol. About the Job The work is varied and includes, among other things: Sales of cakes, pastries, confectionery items and sandwiches Cutting and serving cakes as well as receiving and handling cake orders Sales and serving of food and beverages Barista work and espresso machine operation Cash register work and personal customer service Preparation and serving of alcohol Keeping the café and shop clean, neat and well-organized Opening and closing as well as other daily tasks Who Are We Looking For? You are friendly, humble and service-oriented and enjoy providing customers with professional and personal service. You are thorough, responsible and organized. You see what needs to be done and take your own initiative. You work well both independently and with others and enjoy working when the pace is sometimes fast. Experience with espresso machines/barista work is a requirement. Experience from a café, pastry shop or restaurant is a merit. Working Hours The work is mainly scheduled for weekends. For those interested, there is also the possibility of extra shifts as needed.
