Bakery Assistant at Gluten-Free Bakery The work encompasses all tasks that occur in a small gluten-free artisanal bakery. You participate in baking by mixing naturally gluten-free flour varieties, preparing doughs, shaping and baking bread and pastries. You package and label finished products as well as maintain order in storage and work areas. In the shop you meet customers, retrieve goods and provide service. Cleaning and dishwashing are natural parts of the work. The role requires precision, understanding of allergens, and a willingness to learn the craft. Working independently occurs, so you need to be comfortable taking responsibility, following routines, and have initiative.
