As part of our 10-year anniversary celebration, we're making one of our biggest investments ever. We're developing our entire restaurant operations and want to elevate the dining experience further. That's why we're now looking for a baker/pastry chef who wants to build and develop our selection of desserts, baked goods, coffee treats, and sweet elements for our conferences, events, buffets, and our popular Christmas smorgasbord. We're looking for someone who loves to create – and who wants to leave your personal mark on our pastry shop. About the Position With us, you'll have a unique opportunity to be in on the ground floor and develop a concept where quality, creativity, and taste are at the center. You'll work on, among other things: Desserts for the restaurant Baked goods for conferences Cakes and sweet buffets Christmas smorgasbord dessert table Seasonal baked goods Development of new recipes and products together with our chefs We're Looking for Someone Who Is a trained baker or pastry chef, or has equivalent experience Is passionate about the craft and wants to develop Is creative and quality-conscious Enjoys both independent work and teamwork Is thorough, positive, and solution-oriented We value passion and commitment at least as much as extensive experience.
