Code According to Professional Classification 265225 5. Reporting Structure Reports to the Director and Deputy Director for Educational Work 6. Job Duties: 6.1. Implement educational programs in a specific subject area (in practical classes, internships, academic concerts, tests, exams) in accordance with State Educational Standards, Professional Standards, and Professional Education Programs; 6.2. Conduct individual work with students to clarify incomprehensible study material, create motivation to learn, and develop cooperation and communication skills; 6.3. Conduct self-analysis of own work; 6.4. Plan own work and report on work results in the manner prescribed by the School; 6.5. Maintain documentation, including e-class (e-journal), in accordance with School requirements; 6.6. Ensure student safety and compliance with School internal regulations; 6.7. Immediately report to School administration, law enforcement agencies, health protection institutions, and child protection agencies about cases of emotional or physical violence against students at the School or outside it; 6.8. Advance professional competence; 6.9. Comply with work procedures and ethical standards; 6.10. Be present at all School events organized by administration that are related to the School concertmaster's work, as well as student educational or public, cultural and recreational activities; in these cases participation is determined by the Director, Deputy Director, or Music School Head in written form. 6.11. Actively participate in School extracurricular events (concerts, competitions, festivals, lectures, master classes, rehearsals, meetings). 7. Education and Qualifications Required to Perform Job Duties 7.1. Education in accordance with regulatory acts regarding required education and professional qualifications for educators and professional development procedures for teachers. 8. Competencies and Skills Required to Perform Job Duties 8.1. Knowledge of laws regulating the education field; 8.2. Knowledge of educational and developmental work content and subject didactics; 8.3. Understanding of developmental characteristics of students at various age levels and patterns of interpersonal communication psychology; 8.4. Readiness for continuous learning in accordance with latest findings in pedagogy and psychology and current issues in education within the unified European education area; 8.5. Ability to make decisions; 8.6. Skill to plan and organize own work and student work in accordance with School goals and objectives; 8.7. Communication and cooperation skills: 8.7.1. Psychological resilience and high communication standards; 8.7.2. Ability to establish professional cooperation with School staff, students, their parents, and staff of other institutions; 8.7.3. Ability to work as a team; 8.7.4. Ability to respond to student needs; 8.7.5. Ability to motivate students for work; 8.8. Self-assessment skills; 8.9.
