Group Accounting Manager – Consulting Assignment with Listed Real Estate Company
Would you like to work with group accounting at a listed real estate company? We are now seeking an experienced Finance Manager/Group Accounting Manager for a consulting assignment of at least six months, with a planned start within the next two to three months.
This assignment is a bridging solution during an upcoming recruitment and gives you the opportunity to step into a central role in the company's finance function. The recruitment process has not yet been launched, and the consulting assignment will therefore run for at least six months.
About the Company and Finance Function
The company owns, manages, and develops residential properties in attractive Swedish locations and is listed on the stock exchange. The company has its office in central Stockholm.
The finance function is small and streamlined, with short decision-making paths and close collaboration between departments. You will work closely with the CFO, Financial Controller, Business Controller, and Finance Economist.
Ongoing accounting and payroll management are outsourced, and you will serve as the central contact with the outsourcing partner. The company has well-established routines and processes, which create favorable conditions for efficient onboarding and for you to quickly get up to speed.
About the Role
As Finance Manager/Group Accounting Manager, you will have a broad and central role with responsibility for group accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting. The role is both analytical and operational, involving active participation in the group's financial closing and consolidation processes as well as handling qualified accounting matters.
You will contribute to the work with interim reports and annual reports and maintain close contact with the company's various finance functions and outsourcing partner. The company has engaged external consultants to assist with annual report translation and ESEF tagging.
Your Main Areas of Responsibility
Responsible for and plan quarterly and annual financial statements as well as group consolidation
Responsible for and contribute to financial reporting, including interim reports and annual reports
Serve as contact person with the outsourcing partner for ongoing accounting and payroll management
