Your assignment as Group Controller Would you like to combine qualified controller work with development, digitalization, and data-driven decision support? As a Group Controller with us, you will have a central role in developing the finance function's analytical and reporting capabilities. You work closely with the CFO, group management, and the business with reports, forecasts, and analyses that create the conditions for well-founded decisions. The role has a clear development focus where you, in addition to traditional controller work, drive improvements in reporting, analytical support, and financial processes. You develop reports and visualizations in Power BI, lead development initiatives, and contribute to creating smarter ways of working within the finance area. In this role, you will, among other things: develop reports, visualizations, and analytical support in Power BI to strengthen the business's decision-making contribute to the development of AI-based solutions, automation, and new ways of working within the finance function drive development initiatives within financial management, analysis, and reporting, and identify opportunities for standardization and efficiency improvements prepare reports, analyses, forecasts, and decision-making documents for management and the business conduct profitability, results, and variance analyses and monitor the business's performance develop and quality-assure reporting and forecasting processes participate in the group's monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and financial reporting serve as a support to managers and the business through analyses, training, and financial advisory Who are you? We are looking for someone with an academic degree in business administration, accounting, or equivalent, and several years of experience in controlling, financial analysis, or other qualified finance work. You have a good understanding of financial management, reporting, and forecasting, and are used to converting data into clear insights and decision-making documents. You have experience with Power BI or other analytical and BI tools and thrive at the intersection of finance, business operations, and development. It is meritorious if you have experience with change and development work, an interest in AI and automation, or experience from larger or project-oriented operations. As a person, you are analytical, business-oriented, and development-driven. You work in a structured manner, take responsibility for driving issues forward, and find it easy to build trust in collaboration with others.
