Your Role As a composite operator at Saab, you will work with the manufacturing of military products in composite materials. The work involves being part of a shift team where the work group rotates between different workstations in the manufacturing process. Common tasks include winding, grinding, and bonding, among others. The position requires precision and a delicate touch - each task demands accuracy and an eye for detail. The position is located in Malmslätt and the work is scheduled for two-shift, night shift, or day shift. Your Profile We are looking for someone with experience in practical work, preferably within workshop, industry, or other skilled trade. Previous experience with composite work is a plus. As a person, you are thorough, collaborative, and methodical. The ability to work with high precision and follow instructions is also an important part of the role. For success in this role, we see that you have: Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Good computer skills. Careful hands. The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to applicable security clearance regulations at any given time. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, certain citizenship may be required where applicable.
