Personal Assistant – Kolsva - Part-time We're looking for someone who wants to help create safety, structure, and warmth in everyday moments, both big and small. You have experience with autism and ADHD, preferably with clear pedagogical methods, and you're calm, stable, and curious about people and different ways to communicate. With a low-affective approach and intuition, you can simplify and guide when situations require it. The home has both a dog and a cat, so it's important that you love animals and feel comfortable in an environment where animals are a natural part of everyday life. You work independently, but are also an important part of a self-driven and conscientious team with close collaboration and clear communication. You have support from both a team leader and a customer manager. Training and education are provided continuously based on the organization's and team's needs. The role demands high standards of work ethic, responsibility, loyalty, and long-term commitment. During your introduction, you'll receive the training and knowledge required to work at this particular workplace. That's why we're looking for someone who plans to stay long-term and wants to be part of the team. Working hours vary; on-call nights are included Day shifts 8-15 (two days/week) and 21-10 (one night/week), plus every other Sunday 13-19.
