FSDB Stockholm Gotland is seeking a Communicator/Operations Manager for the association's office located on Södermalm in Stockholm, where member activities also take place. About the position As a communicator and operations manager, you will have a key role in the association's work to spread knowledge about the concept of deafblindness, how it manifests in practical terms, and to design and develop activities for the association's current and future members. The work includes, among other things: - Oversee the association's official channels such as website, social platforms and other digital tools. You will also be responsible for the internal cloud service, email domain administration and implementation of AI-based tools. - Take responsibility for proofreading and publishing press releases, opinion articles, consultation responses and digital advocacy work. Likewise activity programs, newsletters and other internal and external information. - Be responsible for creating creative information materials, developing layouts and design, and creating new information projects within advocacy work. - Be the handler for the Activities Group and together with them develop proposals for program activities within the association. - Be responsible for procurement, booking and ordering related to the aforementioned program activities. You will have an independent role reporting directly to the office manager and will also collaborate with the board on advocacy goals. You have - At least 2 years of higher education in communication - At least three years of work experience in a communication-related professional role - A positive attitude, professional conduct and strong integrity - Experience in seeking information, being source-critical, structured and thorough - Very good analytical ability and communication skills to express yourself in writing in Swedish. - Competence to work in several digital systems such as various web publishing tools, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 Adobe's publishing tools, Google's analytics tools, AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini and various layout programs. It is a merit if you have knowledge of the disability of deafblindness, can sign language and can communicate through speech via for example telephone. Terms and application The position is a permanent employment at 50% which begins with a 6-month probationary period. The work is performed at the association's office at Gotlandsgatan 46, with the possibility of some remote work according to agreement. Evening and weekend work occurs by arrangement. The workplace has a collective agreement with Unionen and the Swedish Union of Graduates. Start date by arrangement.
