Job Description & Offer Do you want to use communications to strengthen the sports movement in Stockholm? We are now seeking a communications officer for a parental leave replacement during the period January 1–December 31, 2027. With us, you will have a varied role where you work both strategically and operationally with communications. You will be part of our communications team and work closely with our operations to increase visibility, strengthen, and develop the sports movement in Stockholm through communications that engage, inform, and create value for our target audiences. About the Assignment As a communications officer with us, you will plan, produce, and develop communications across several different channels. The role involves many points of contact, great variety, and the opportunity to make an impact. One day you produce content for social media or film an activity within the sports association community. The next day you write articles, plan communication initiatives, analyze results, or support colleagues with communications questions. The assignment is closely tied to our operations and involves collaborating with colleagues across the organization to strengthen our communications, develop our brand, and help more people discover and benefit from our offerings. Your Main Responsibilities • Manage content and publishing on the website and social media • Write news, articles, and newsletters • Produce photos, videos, and other moving images for our digital channels • Plan, execute, follow up, and evaluate communications initiatives and analyze results • Support colleagues with communications questions and contribute to developing communications work • Participate in and support the communications team's shared mission • Contribute to developing content and communications that strengthen RF-SISU Stockholm's operations Candidate Profile We are Looking for You If You • Have relevant higher education in communications, journalism, marketing, or equivalent. • Have experience with communications work and a good understanding of digital channels and target audience-adapted communications. • Are a skilled writer and communicator with a good sense of language, form, and messaging. • Can produce and edit content for different channels, including photos, videos, and moving images. • Work proficiently in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent tools. • Have the ability to plan, prioritize, execute, and follow up on communications initiatives. • Thrive in a role with many points of contact and varying tasks.
