Together with the team, you'll work both strategically and operatively, from idea and production to analysis and follow-up. Here's what you'll be working on Plan, create, and develop content for web, intranet, social media, and internal communications Work with digital advertising in Google Ads and social media Optimize content and digital channels based on SEO and user behavior Develop and update our websites and digital platforms Work with and develop our intranet in SharePoint Create graphic materials according to our design guidelines Create and edit video and image content for our digital channels Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and translate insights into concrete improvements Participate in and drive communications projects together with the business Contribute to developing our digital presence, customer journey, and communications strategy Are you the one? What you bring Several years of experience working in communications, digital marketing, or a similar field Experience with Google Ads and advertising on social media Good understanding of SEO and digital visibility Experience with graphic production and working according to design guidelines Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud Good experience creating presentation materials and visual communications Basic knowledge of web and digital platforms Familiarity using AI as a tool in daily work Excellent Swedish language skills and good English skills, both spoken and written Bonus points Experience with SharePoint Experience with TYPO3 or other CMS systems Experience with Apsis One or other email marketing tools Knowledge of UX/UI Experience with video editing Experience with employer branding German language skills What we offer With us, you'll have the opportunity to build, develop, and make an impact in a company where ideas quickly become reality.
