We are now seeking a communicator with a focus on immigration and skills supply, as well as the various projects that the Employment and Learning departments are driving in the green societal transformation. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES As a communicator with us, you work with communication related to Boden Municipality's skills supply and immigration. The role combines strategic work with operational implementation in daily operations and close collaboration with our communications unit, KOMM. You are part of the Immigration and Skills Supply Unit and work closely with colleagues, departments, businesses, and external actors. The focus is on strengthening Boden's image as an attractive place to live, work, and establish yourself, while contributing to meeting operations' needs for competence. With an overarching local focus, your work involves planning, coordinating, and implementing communication initiatives from idea to finished content. The work includes, among other things, that you: · Plan, coordinate, and implement communication initiatives linked to skills supply and immigration · Produce content for various channels, such as web, social media, presentations, and campaigns · Contribute together with the communications unit to developing and strengthening the Boden place brand · Collaborate with internal and external actors, such as businesses and educational providers · Produce materials, messages, and simple analyses to support targeted initiatives The work is varied and requires that you can work independently while also collaborating closely with other functions such as the communications unit, HR, municipal companies, and other municipal operations. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a university/college degree in media and communication or other equivalent education and/or several years of experience that the employer considers equivalent. The position requires good knowledge of Swedish, and basic knowledge of English is also necessary. You have several years of experience in communication work in general, preferably with a focus on graphic design and social media. You have worked with and in various digital channels and platforms, such as intranet and websites. You should also possess knowledge of the Adobe package. A valid driver's license is required. Meritorious if you have: · Experience working in a politically governed organization · Experience with place branding work, competence attraction, or employer branding · Experience collaborating with businesses, educational actors, or other societal actors · Experience working in digital channels and platforms Personal Qualities We are looking for you as a self-driven and structured communicator with the ability to drive work forward. You are a good writer and can adapt messages to target audiences and channels. You thrive in a role where you can combine planning and implementation, and where you work closely with others to create results.
