About the Position As a communicator at Fastighets AB Förvaltaren, you'll work across the entire communication chain, from planning and advising to production and implementation. You'll support the business with communication matters and be responsible for developing target-audience-tailored communication across multiple channels. The role involves many touchpoints and close collaboration with customer service, leasing, property management, and project coordinators/managers. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and follow up on communication initiatives both internally and externally Produce content (text, images, and video) for digital and print channels such as websites, intranets, social media, newsletters, tenant magazines, and tenant information Manage project communication and information initiatives for renovations, reconstructions, and other business projects Serve as a communication resource to managers and the business Participate in editorial planning and content work Contribute to brand development, internal culture, and employee engagement Assist with events, activities, and various projects About You We're looking for someone with post-secondary education in communication, marketing, journalism, or equivalent. We believe you have at least five years of experience in broad communication work in a business-oriented role. Experience with these tasks in the public housing sector, public sector, or other organizations with a clear social mission is considered a merit, but is not required. Knowledge of image and video editing is desirable but not essential. However, the role requires that you be a skilled writer, which will be tested through a work sample during the recruitment process. As a person, you're proactive, curious, and solution-oriented with the courage to challenge when needed and the ability to find ways forward. You have good judgment and thrive in an advisory role where you handle various communication matters. Building trusting relationships is a strength of yours, and you're driven by understanding the business's needs to create communication that makes a difference in people's everyday lives. Furthermore, we see that you're organized, efficient, and skilled at prioritizing. You drive your work independently while valuing collaboration and dialogue.
