About the Role As a communicator with us, you'll primarily work on producing, publishing, and distributing content across our digital channels. You'll collaborate closely with the organization's communicators, project managers, and subject matter experts to showcase projects, activities, and results within the energy transition. This role is perfect for you if you enjoy writing, photographing, filming, and creating content for the web, social media, and newsletters. You're curious about people and ideas, and you like translating knowledge and experiences into content that engages and builds understanding. Among other things, you'll work with: production of content for web, social media, and digital newsletters web publishing and social media publishing articles and other editorial content basic photography and video production content for presentations, seminars, and events image management and basic graphic design Qualifications We're looking for someone with: a degree in communication or equivalent professional experience. experience in communications work through employment, internships, projects, or volunteer assignments. a structured approach to work, curiosity, and willingness to take responsibility for your tasks. strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams). excellent command of Swedish and good ability to express yourself in spoken and written English. Meritorious Qualifications Experience creating content for web, social media, or newsletters. Experience conducting interviews and processing content into articles or other communication initiatives. Experience with photography or video production. Experience with publishing tools and digital communication channels. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools or similar software. We're not looking for a finished expert. What matters most is that you're curious, eager to learn, and enjoy using text, images, and video to make complex topics understandable and engaging for different audiences. About the Position Fixed-term employment at 75 percent through December 31, 2026, with possibility of extension. The employment level may change over time based on organizational needs and development. Start date by agreement. Flexible workplace: At our offices in Arvika and Glava—or partially remote.
