Communication, transformation and development initiatives
Digital transformation is not just about technology – it is about developing the organization to meet future needs. The agency has many ongoing initiatives in digital transformation and we are now looking for a strategic communicator who wants to play a central role in creating conditions for successful digital transformation.
Examples of job responsibilities:
Develop and drive communication initiatives that support the organization's digital development and strategic transformation.
Contribute with a holistic perspective where communication connects the organization's goals, digital initiatives and the employees and users affected by the development.
Create conditions for understanding, engagement and participation regarding the organization's priorities and goals.
Identify communication needs, stakeholders, risks and opportunities in complex development initiatives.
The position will also involve other common tasks in a communications department, such as developing communication plans, implementing and monitoring communication initiatives, producing news and articles for various channels and providing communication support and advice to managers and project leaders.
You are a confident communicator and a good advisor with experience working closely with leadership and managers. With your strategic thinking and understanding of how communication affects people in change, you thrive in a role where you can combine analysis, creativity and relationship building, and you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.
As a communicator, you handle confidential information which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high level of security awareness.
We are looking for you who
have a university degree in communications or experience and qualifications that can be considered equivalent
have experience in a similar role in media and communications
work methodically and systematically, plan, make clear priorities
act on your own initiative and take responsibility for high-quality results
have the ability to see the bigger picture and analyze context
are skilled at networking, building relationships and collaborating
have excellent ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
have good organizational understanding and can translate this into operations
are confident and trustworthy, even in stressful situations.
It is a merit if you have
several years of experience in strategic communication work
experience supporting digital transformation, digitalization or other organization-wide development initiatives
ability to translate complex issues into clear messages and communication strategies
experience working closely with leadership and other key stakeholders
knowledge of methods in change management, stakeholder management and organizational development.

Other information
A permanent, full-time position with start date by mutual agreement. Trial employment may be considered. Some positions with us involve participation in security-sensitive activities. To be employed in such a position, a passed security vetting according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) is required. In accordance with Försäkringskassan's security policy, background checks are conducted in this recruitment. Opportunity for remote work is available if the work permits.
