Do you want to contribute to creating clear, accessible, and trust-building communication in an organization that makes a difference for residents? We are seeking a communicative and development-oriented communications officer who wants to work both strategically and operatively with internal and external communication.
Duties
In the role as communications officer, you work closely with managers and business units to plan, implement, and develop communication initiatives that support the organization's goals. You are responsible for ensuring that communication is coordinated, tailored to target groups, and effective.
You develop and implement communication strategies and plans, and provide support and advice to managers on communication and media matters. The role encompasses both internal and external communication, where you produce and publish content across different channels, including web and video content. You are also responsible for press relations, manage media contacts, and support the business in communication during crises and other important public events.
Furthermore, you work to strengthen the organization's brand and digital presence through web development, accessibility, and SEO. You monitor and evaluate communication initiatives to ensure good impact and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have
a degree from university or college in communication, media and communication studies, journalism, or another qualification that the employer deems equivalent
experience with qualified communication work
experience in planning, implementing, and following up communication initiatives
very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written
experience delivering training and other outward-facing activities
experience producing content for web and social media
experience providing communication support to managers and business units.
It is advantageous if you have
experience from municipal, regional, or state activities
experience in crisis communication
knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and digital development
experience with web publishing tools (CMS)
experience with media contacts and press work
knowledge of accessibility requirements for web and digital communication.
