Do you want to work with communications that really make a difference? We are now recruiting a communications manager for a temporary position during 2027. As a communications manager, you will be part of the development function at Habilitering & Hälsa and report to the development manager. Communications work is led by a coordinator. The communications function is responsible for internal, management and external communications, web, social media, press and media relations, crisis communications, brand work, film and photography. Responsibilities As a communications manager, you will provide both operational and strategic communications support to one of Habilitering & Hälsa's operational areas. You will participate in the operational area's management group and contribute communications perspectives in both planning and implementation. The assignment includes planning, implementing and following up communications initiatives. This could include writing articles and texts for various channels, developing manuscripts, producing video content and formulating and tailoring messages for specific audiences. An important part of the work is making information understandable, accessible and easy to understand for different target groups. The communications managers work with their respective operational areas, but also have shared areas of responsibility where you support each other. Your area of responsibility will be internal and external websites. Therefore, you should have expertise in and experience working with strategy, content and monitoring on websites. You are also expected to contribute to developing communications work and our common working methods. Since Habilitering & Hälsa's target groups are people with permanent disabilities, such as impaired hearing, vision or cognitive ability, the work places high demands on accessible and clear patient information. Travel may be required as part of the work. Qualifications Relevant higher education or university education in media and communications, journalism or another field that the employer deems equivalent. As a person, you are structured, collaborative and confident in taking responsibility. You have a strong ability to prioritize, build relationships and adapt communications for different audiences. You enjoy contributing ideas and want to help develop our common working methods. We are looking for someone who has: Several years of experience working with strategic communications. Very strong ability to express yourself in Swedish in speech and writing. Good knowledge of plain language and accessible communications. Experience with digital communications and content production. Experience with web publishing and work in relevant systems. It is a merit if you have: Experience with communications work within healthcare or other public sector operations. Experience with photo and film production, including basic image editing and video editing. Knowledge of and experience with web publishing in Optimizely. Other Information The position is a temporary assignment starting by agreement, due to parental leave. The temporary assignment covers the period around the year end and during 2027.
