Do you want to work with communications that truly make a difference? We are now seeking a Communications Specialist for a temporary position during 2027. As a Communications Specialist, you will be part of the development function at Habilitering & Hälsa and report to the Development Manager. The communications work is led by a coordinator. The communications function is responsible for internal, management, and external communications, websites, social media, press and media relations, crisis communication, brand work, video, and photography. Job Responsibilities As a Communications Specialist, you will provide both operational and strategic communications support to one of Habilitering & Hälsa's operational areas. You will participate in the operational area's management group and contribute communications perspectives in both planning and implementation. Your responsibilities include planning, implementing, and monitoring communications initiatives. This could include writing articles and texts for various channels, developing scripts, producing video content, and formulating and tailoring messages for target audiences. An important part of the work is making information understandable, accessible, and easy to understand for different audiences. The Communications Specialists work with their respective operational areas but also share common responsibilities where you support each other. Your responsibility area will be internal and external websites. Therefore, you should have expertise and experience in working with strategy, content, and monitoring of websites. You are also expected to contribute to developing communications work and our shared working methods. Since Habilitering & Hälsa's target groups are people with permanent disabilities, such as reduced hearing, vision, or cognitive ability, the work places high demands on accessible and clear patient information. Travel may occur in connection with the work. Qualifications Relevant university or college education in media and communications science, journalism, or another field that the employer deems equivalent. As a person, you are organized, collaboration-oriented, and confident in taking your own responsibility. You have a good ability to prioritize, build relationships, and adapt communications for different target audiences. You enjoy contributing ideas and want to be part of developing our shared working methods. We are looking for someone with: Several years of experience working with strategic communications. Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing. Good knowledge of clear language and accessible communications. Experience with digital communications and content production. Experience with web publishing and work in relevant systems. It is a merit if you have: Experience with communications work in healthcare or other public sector operations. Experience with photo and video production, including basic image editing and video editing. Knowledge of and experience with web publishing in Optimizely. Other Information This is a temporary position starting by agreement due to parental leave. The temporary position covers the period around the year-end and during 2027.
