Your Role As a Communications Technician, you'll be part of our operations team and, together with your colleagues, be responsible for ensuring that our networks function stably, securely, and efficiently. You'll work both operationally and developmentally in a technically advanced environment where no two days are the same. Your tasks will include: Monitor and analyze network operations through our monitoring platforms Handle orders, configurations, and deployments of services and equipment Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in network infrastructure and service delivery Participate in planned maintenance and improvement work to ensure high availability Contribute as a technical specialist in projects and development initiatives On-call duty is included in the position. About You You have several years of experience as a NOC technician, communications technician, network technician, or in a similar role. You have a good understanding of complex network environments and are comfortable analyzing, troubleshooting, and solving technical problems. We're looking for someone with: Experience working in large network environments Experience with network troubleshooting Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written B-class driver's license Meritorious Experience Routing, switching, and wireless networks Working according to ITIL or similar process-based work methods Certifications in networking, such as Cisco certifications IoT solutions and data collection Who Are You?
