Your Role
As Communications Manager, you have overall responsibility for planning, coordinating, and developing Alingsåshem's communications, working closely with your two colleagues in the communications department. You will serve as a strategic partner to the organization while independently producing content and driving communication initiatives from idea to implementation. The role is broad and varied, encompassing both internal and external communications.
Some of Your Responsibilities:
Plan and implement communication work related to development projects, renovations, and change initiatives.
Produce information and communication materials for publications, press, web, intranet, social media, and more.
Manage the company's procedures and work within crisis communications.
Develop the company's website and intranet.
Coordinate work on the annual report, sustainability report, and tenant newsletter.
Support the organization with communication matters and help develop work methods, procedures, and communication processes.
Contribute to strengthening Alingsåshem's brand and employer brand.
You will be part of the HR and Communications Department, which consists of five employees: administrator/registrar, HR coordinator, sustainability strategist, and two communications specialists. In this role, you will work closely with both your department colleagues and other parts of the organization. You will report to the HR and Communications Manager.

You are curious and development-oriented, and you see opportunities to improve both communication and work methods. You also have strong planning and coordination skills that strengthen the organization and create clarity.
We are looking for someone with higher education in communications, information, or equivalent, and several years of experience in broad communication work, both strategic and operational. You are experienced in working with communication plans, content production, and digital communication channels. You have good knowledge of web publishing, Adobe, and InDesign; experience with Illustrator is a merit.
You express yourself very well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You have a feel for the written word and a natural ability to adapt language, tone, and messaging based on audience and context. You recognize that clear language, accessibility, and inclusive communication are fundamental principles.
