We are now looking for a Communications Manager and Management Support professional who wants to take comprehensive responsibility for communications that strengthen our operations, support our leadership, and contribute to the company's development in the coming years. With us, you'll have a role with great variety and many points of contact. You work closely with leadership, employees, tenants, and partners. One day you plan communications for a major project, the next day you support HR or a manager with a presentation or help the organization reach out with important information. If you enjoy creating structure, building relationships, and making complex information easy to understand, this could be the role for you. The role combines strategic communications responsibility, project and change communications, digital development, and qualified management and board support. Communications in Support of Operations At Tyresö Bostäder, we believe that good communications are created close to our operations. You will be an important part of the daily dialogue with our tenants. Your role will be to support operations when needs are greater or when communications need to be planned, coordinated, or quality-assured. This can involve major information initiatives, changes, maintenance work, projects, or other matters where strategic communications support is needed. You serve as an advisor and sounding board for the organization and help create clear, understandable, and audience-tailored communications. By contributing structure, communications expertise, and a brand perspective, you help the organization reach its audience and strengthen trust in Tyresö Bostäder. An Important Role in Our Future Projects In the coming years, Tyresö Bostäder will undertake several major development, construction, and renovation projects. Many of these projects will involve extensive communications needs for tenants, employees, and other stakeholders. Our property management and project organization is responsible for ongoing dialogue and communications in the projects. As Communications Manager, you serve as a strategic support and contribute communications planning, audience targeting, key messages, talking points, frequently asked questions (Q&A), and other tools that help the organization deliver the right information. You work closely with project managers, property management, and leadership to ensure communications maintain high quality through different project phases. The role contributes to creating a clear thread of continuity and coordination in communications over time and ensures that communications align with Tyresö Bostäder's brand and values. Through strategic communications support, you help the organization create understanding, engagement, and trust among tenants, employees, partners, and other stakeholders during major changes and projects. Contribute to Our Digital Development We are actively working to develop our digital workplace and internal communications channels. As Communications Manager, you will be an important resource in this work. You contribute knowledge of internal communications, user perspectives, content, and change communications, including in the development of our intranet and digital working methods. You also manage our digital communications channels such as website, intranet, and social media. Management Support Part of the role involves creating conditions for effective management and board operations. You serve as secretary for the management group and board and are responsible for planning, coordinating, and documenting meetings. You work closely with the CEO and management on decision-making materials, presentations, reports, and other support materials. Through this role, you gain good insight into the organization's development and the opportunity to contribute to both strategic and operational matters. Together with Tyresö Municipality We have close collaboration with Tyresö Municipality's communications unit and work together on matters and projects where our target audiences meet. In this role, you collaborate with the municipality's communications professionals on joint projects and communications initiatives. This provides an opportunity to contribute to larger contexts and create coordinated communications that make a difference for both tenants and residents. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with experience in qualified communications work who thrives in a role where strategy meets daily practice. You are curious, organized, and unpretentious. You have an easy time building trust and collaborating with different people. You can switch between discussing long-term communications questions with leadership and writing news for the intranet, preparing decision-making materials, or planning an information initiative for tenants. You have: · Relevant higher education in communications or a similar field · Experience with strategic and operational communications work for both internal and external communications · Strong ability to write and adapt messages for different audiences · Experience with digital communications channels · Experience with project or change communications · Excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing It is meritorious if you have experience with management support, board work, and municipal operations or municipal companies.
