As an associate minister in Älvdalens Parish, you will work closely with parishioners, volunteers, colleagues, and the local community. The position includes conducting services, performing church rituals, pastoral care, teaching, and meeting with people throughout their lives. You will be part of a work team where collaboration, trust, and shared responsibility are important parts of daily work. At the same time, there is room to develop your own ideas and special areas of responsibility based on your gifts and experiences, for example in worship, teaching, children and youth, adults, and elderly.
