Your Role As a leasing agent, you're a key player in our business. You identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive the leasing process from first contact to signed agreement. It requires attentiveness, commitment, and a clear understanding of both the customer's needs and what Balder has to offer. You move freely through our properties, in conversations with entrepreneurs and decision-makers, and you constantly see the possibilities ahead. You understand the market, you know how to find the right tenants and how they find us. We're looking for someone who: Has a business sense that combines attentiveness with clear results focus Enjoys building long-term relationships and networks Sees potential where others see just space Has an interest in real estate and a desire to develop within the industry Is self-driven, but enjoys working in a team toward common goals At Balder, we don't believe everything must be done one way, but we do believe in doing it wholeheartedly.
