Technical Facilities Manager for Consulting Assignment in the Gothenburg Region Are you an experienced technical facilities manager with a background in commercial real estate and interested in a part-time assignment? This might be just what you're looking for! On behalf of our client, we are seeking a technical facilities manager to start in August. The assignment is expected to run until at least the end of the year on approximately 50%. You will work from the client's office in the Gothenburg region. Work is primarily on-site, but there is some flexibility regarding how work days are scheduled. About the Role As a technical facilities manager, you will lead technical projects, optimize operations, and drive energy efficiency initiatives. You will analyze and develop the technical performance of the properties and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible results. Your main responsibilities include: - Ensure the function of the properties, ongoing monitoring and analysis, and plan maintenance measures. - Manage control systems, access control systems, and other technical installations. - Hold regular meetings with operating companies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Procure and monitor service agreements and optimize technical services. - Identify and drive technical improvement measures in the properties. Qualifications - Relevant post-secondary education in real estate or engineering, or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience. - At least 10 years of experience in technical facilities management, of which at least 5 years as a technical facilities manager for commercial properties. - Good understanding of and experience with building systems and energy optimization. - Valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
