Commercial Property Manager for Consulting Assignment Are you an experienced commercial property manager with extensive experience in commercial real estate, leasing, and lease renegotiations? - Then this assignment might be for you! Assignment Description On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced commercial property manager who can start at the end of September, with a preliminary end date of February 28, 2027. The assignment is full-time and you will be based at the client's office in Lund. In this role, you will play a key role in creating clear alignment between business, operations, and development. You are responsible for driving the business forward with a focus on results, customer value, and long-term value creation. An important part of the work is ongoing dialogue with customers, where you identify needs, recognize development opportunities, and work with the customer to set the direction forward. You will work closely with a technical property manager and together you will ensure that the right initiatives are prioritized and implemented. Through close collaboration, you will monitor both the business and delivery and create the conditions for well-functioning and sustainable long-term property management. Your responsibilities include: Managing the business and its continued development with a focus on areas such as leasing, vacancy management, lease renegotiations, and new business and development opportunities. Having overall profit responsibility for the area, where you actively work with revenue, costs, and investments while monitoring budget, targets, and prioritized initiatives. Being a central contact for customers on strategic business and development matters and creating clear alignment between customer, business, operations, and development. Driving and monitoring development and investment initiatives together with the technical property manager and relevant specialist functions, from identified need to implementation. Translating overarching strategies and plans into action by prioritizing the right activities, making decisions, and ensuring that the work leads to desired results. Your Background As a person, you are business-oriented, organized, and accustomed to taking substantial responsibility. You have a natural drive and the ability to translate ideas and decisions into action, while valuing collaboration. The role involves many touchpoints and suits you if you are responsive, communicative, and skilled at building good relationships where the customer is the focus. You inspire confidence, generate engagement, and get people to work toward common goals. With a good overall perspective and decision-making ability, you can prioritize correctly, navigate complex issues, and drive the work forward. We are seeking you who have: Academic education in real estate, construction, economics, or equivalent. At least 5-10 years of experience in business-driven commercial real estate management and development of real estate portfolios. Extensive experience with lease negotiations, contracts, and leasing. Experience in developing decision-making materials for investment projects. Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. B-category driver's license.
