Combined Sales and Store Delivery Representative

We are a small, private company that imports and sells unique and fun candy, snacks, and dry foods. We sell both our own brands and well-known international brands that we import. We are looking for a flexible employee for store visits, sales, and deliveries to our customers, primarily grocery stores. You will deliver, unpack, check expiration dates, restock, and keep our shelves neat and tidy. You need to feel comfortable contacting and talking to new people, both over the phone and in person. You will be the person who calls, visits, reaches out, contacts, and presents new products, sells in, and tells our customers about all products in our range. You are and represent US 2 U at our customers' locations—you are positive, friendly, and build long-term, good relationships with our customers. The job places high demands on social and communication skills and also includes both administrative and physical work (heavy lifting, packing, wrapping, loading and delivering, carrying both beverages and heavy boxes). For administrative tasks, we work in Upsales CRM, Stockfiller, Fortnox, and other digital systems. You need very good computer skills, be self-driven, thorough, good at planning, prioritizing, and working in a structured manner. In a small organization like this, each employee carries great responsibility for planning, project managing, and prioritizing their own work based on what's best for the business. The work includes sales calls to our customers, store visits, packing items at the warehouse for deliveries you will drive out to stores, and more. You need to be fluent in Swedish and have excellent English skills (both spoken and written) to function well in the business. The work primarily consists of store and customer visits for deliveries to our customers' candy shops and grocery stores. Mainly within a couple of hours' drive from Stockholm, though some travel and deliveries occur throughout Sweden a few times per year. The position requires that you have a driver's license and feel comfortable driving a van throughout Stockholm, including the city center. Day-to-day work is based at our warehouse in Spånga. Working hours are weekdays 8 AM–5 PM.
