About the role As a group manager with us at Humana Hägerneholm, you combine administrative leadership with being present in daily care work. Approximately 40% administrative work and 60% care work. You are a role model who leads through your own actions and creates a work climate characterized by the Humana spirit: commitment, responsibility and joy. Close leadership: You have personnel and planning responsibility for your team. Your focus is to support, provide feedback and ensure quality in the operations according to Humana's methods. About us Humana Hägerneholm is a modern and safe elderly residence in the new district of Hägerneholm in Täby. The operation consists of 90 cozy apartments, divided over 5 floors and 9 departments. Each department has a shared kitchen with bright dining rooms for pleasant meals and living rooms that invite socializing. We are based on person-centered care and support where our customers are in focus. With us work nursing assistants, nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists, an activities coordinator and an operations manager. Who are you? We are looking for you who are a qualified nursing assistant and who are passionate about developing both people and operations. As a leader, you are confident, unpretentious and have a natural ability to motivate others. We are looking for you who: Are clear in your communication and create participation in the team. Have a coaching approach and are responsive to both residents' and employees' needs. Are solution-oriented and take responsibility for both quality and financial frameworks. Speak and write fluent Swedish and have good computer skills. Meritorious: Extensive experience in elderly care Completed training "Lead without being a manager" or equivalent leadership training Experience in mentoring and introducing new staff Experience in scheduling and personnel planning Knowledge of dementia diseases and cognitive impairment Experience in quality and improvement work Good knowledge of laws and regulations in elderly care, for example the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Services Act Experience of cooperation with nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists Used to working in documentation systems, in Wealfare Experience of leadership within elderly care is considered meritorious, but we place the greatest emphasis on your personal suitability and your willingness to grow with us. About the position: Working hours and employment level: Day, evening and weekend - 100%. Type of employment: Permanent employment, we apply a six-month probationary period.
