Job Description As an occupational therapist, you will work based on the individual's wishes and needs to best promote a healthy daily life. In this role, you will help maintain and develop the individual's physical, cognitive, and social abilities. You will supervise care staff in professional tasks, handle documentation, and manage discrepancies. Examples of Work Tasks: Supervise care staff in professional tasks Risk and functional assessments and follow-up Trial and prescription of assistive devices Participate in team meetings and care planning Risk assessments related to the work environment Identify residents' wishes and needs for activities Who Are You? We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working in elderly care where you daily contribute to creating a meaningful life for our elderly residents. You are a customer-focused, service-oriented, and creative person who finds it easy to build relationships and has good teamwork skills. The role requires you to be a licensed occupational therapist, preferably with experience in elderly care. A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can provide a valid ID document and any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. We Are Looking for You If You: Are trained and licensed as an occupational therapist Have knowledge of documenting in medical record systems (ICF) Possess good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written It is meritorious if you have: Experience working in elderly care or home care services Experience working with people with dementia What Happens Next?
