Within the Social Services Administration, you contribute to creating security and good living conditions for the municipality's residents. Alarm Administration is part of the in-house operations within care and support and is responsible for the administration of the municipality's safety alarms. At Alarm Administration, we primarily work with orders from public administration. Our alarm administrators are responsible for administering, coordinating and following up on orders for safety alarms as well as ensuring efficient and quality-assured case management. The team currently consists of two employees but works closely with other departments within care and support. Your New Job As an alarm administrator within in-house operations, you have a central role in the management of safety alarms. The work mainly consists of receiving, administering and executing orders. In the role, you work in several business systems and have ongoing contact with customers, the public sector side, service providers and other partners. You are also responsible for key management and conduct home visits with customers. The work is characterized by many contact points and requires good service awareness, structure and cooperation skills. The position involves varied work where flexibility is important, as work tasks and priorities may be adapted based on the operations' needs and development. Your Profile We are looking for someone who has education and experience within the care and support field and an interest in technology and digital solutions. Since the operations include installation and programming of safety alarms and safety cameras, as well as work in several business systems, good technical understanding and general IT skills are an important prerequisite for thriving and succeeding in the role. The position requires upper secondary education and several years of experience working in care and support. You are a person who takes responsibility for your work tasks, works carefully and has a professional and service-oriented approach. As operations and the outside world are constantly developing, it is important that you are flexible, take initiative and see changes and challenges as opportunities for development and improvement. We are looking for someone who has: Good administrative skills and can manage multiple different work tasks in parallel. Good IT skills and feel confident working in different business and administrative systems, such as Microsoft Office and Lifecare. Experience working in care and support and a good understanding of confidentiality and lawful handling of information. Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and good cooperation and communication skills. Completed upper secondary education or higher education within care and support. B-class driver's license and BankID, which are requirements to perform the work.
