You lead daily operations and create structure, engagement, and joy in the kitchen. You will, among other things: Lead, coach, and develop our kitchen team. Plan staffing and schedule kitchen personnel. Manage daily operations and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly. Develop menus together with restaurant management. Create menus with a focus on seasonality, quality, and excellent ingredients. Ensure consistent and high-quality food. Manage purchasing, ingredients, and cost control.
