We operate a restaurant, outdoor dining, and a popular natural venue for concerts and events. We are now seeking an experienced and driven head chef who wants to help develop our food and guest experience further. Responsibilities As head chef, you have overall responsibility for kitchen operations. Your main tasks include: • Leadership, ensuring quality and developing the kitchen team. • Menu development with focus on seasonal, well-prepared and profitable cuisine • Procurement and cost control • Quality, hygiene and food safety work (HACCP) • Close collaboration with the restaurant and events team to align the kitchen with both daily operations and larger events • Budget responsibility and working toward strong results The position involves work in evenings, weekends and during events. Qualifications • Several years of experience as a head chef or sous chef in a high-volume restaurant • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop staff • Good knowledge of menu planning, procurement and cost management • Relevant culinary training • Good knowledge of Swedish (both spoken and written) • B-category driver's license is a merit Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is creative, organized and results-oriented.
