We are now seeking an Executive Chef for an exciting client in Stockholm! About the Role As Executive Chef, you have overall responsibility for the entire kitchen – from concept and quality to leadership and finances. You build, lead, and develop a kitchen team that delivers food in line with the restaurant's high ambitions. The role offers significant creative freedom and the opportunity to put your mark on both the expression and working methods. You work closely with the Restaurant Manager and Bar Manager in a tight collaboration where the kitchen and bar together create a top-class overall experience. Responsibilities · Overall responsibility for kitchen operations, quality, and organization · Be part of the management team together with the Operations Manager, Restaurant Manager, and Bar Manager · Lead daily kitchen operations, staff planning, quality responsibility, purchasing responsibility, and budget responsibility · Work closely with other management for efficient and profitable operations · Create menus together with our creative team · Ensure high standards in hygiene, safety, and work environment · Manage scheduling, purchasing, budget, and cost control · Work actively with quality assurance and guest experience · Create menus together with our creative team We are Looking for You · Have at least 5 years of documented professional experience in a leadership position in a kitchen · Are confident in both leadership and operational management · Have good financial understanding and experience with budget responsibility · Are creative, solution-oriented, and quality-driven · Are passionate about developing people and building strong teams · Thrive in a varied and dynamic environment What We Offer A key role in one of Stockholm's most exciting restaurant projects, great opportunities to influence and develop, and a work environment where leadership, quality, and employees are central.
