About Us Mollösunds Wärdshus is a historic inn located at the far end of Orust, in the old fishing village of Mollösund. The kitchen is the heart of the house, and we prepare honest, seasonal cuisine using ingredients from the sea and Bohuslän. About the Role We're looking for kitchen assistants – and you don't need any previous experience. If you want to enter the restaurant industry, we'll teach you the job from the ground up. You'll help with prep work, simple cooking, dishwashing, and keeping the kitchen clean and organized. We work at a fast pace with a lot happening and a great team that has fun together – the most important thing is that you're positive and eager to learn. Employment Seasonal position starting immediately – we run at full capacity during the summer. Full-time or part-time by agreement, salary by agreement. In the fall, there may be continued work, with more focus on weekends, events, and conferences. Good to Know If you don't live nearby, we can arrange staff accommodation.
