To achieve our goals, you should be able to collaborate and communicate with your colleagues, plan your work, and demonstrate good foresight. You should be well-versed in hygiene practices and have solid knowledge of how a restaurant kitchen operates. Your responsibilities will include dishwashing, receiving deliveries, food preparation and prep work, cooking, plating and garnishing, as well as cleaning. You should be able to work at a fast pace, maintain quality, and deliver the results our guests expect. Experience with charcoal grilling is a plus! This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule covering lunch, dinner, and weekends. Salary terms to be agreed upon.
