We are looking for you who are a trained kitchen assistant
As a kitchen assistant, you help the chef with food preparation, simple cooking, salads, and special diets. You wash dishes and clean and maintain order in the kitchen, and ensure that hygiene routines are followed.
You are capable of working independently but always in close collaboration with the chef and other staff.
Qualifications
To be a suitable candidate for this position, we see that you have:
good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
previous experience in large-scale kitchens
good knowledge of food safety such as allergens in prepared and served food
good experience with hygiene routines and self-inspection
sustainability in focus
