About the job We are a private company that provides breakfast, lunch, and snacks at the International English School. Standard large-scale kitchen work with working hours scheduled during weekdays (no evenings or weekends). With flexible opportunities to, for example, take time off during school breaks. In the kitchen, we prepare well-balanced meals from scratch in our cooking kitchen. Your primary tasks include serving, salad preparation, dishwashing, and cleaning. Light meal preparation may occur. The position is part-time at 80%. We have a collective agreement at the workplace. See the Green National Agreement on the HRF website for more information. Start date November 1st, or by agreement. The employment is for the current school year 2026/2027, with possible extension starting in the summer. Who are you? Experience in restaurants, large-scale kitchens, or similar is meriting but not required. Training will be provided on-site. We in the kitchen have daily contact with students and staff. It is therefore important that you have an interest not only in food, service, and quality, but also in the educational activities conducted here. (Please note that some communication takes place in English) You see service as a matter of course and have the ability to maintain a smile and be pleasant even in pressured situations. You should have good planning skills and be able to organize your working hours in an efficient manner.
