We're looking for someone who has worked in high-standard à la carte kitchens, held a leadership role for a period, and wants to be part of our journey to becoming a classic on Södermalm. You have natural leadership skills, are quality-conscious, and want to work with a team that loves our guests. The position is based on daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. About the Role Your main responsibilities are to actively participate in service and lead the kitchen team in daily operations in a structured and efficient manner. You ensure food quality and make sure everyone is working toward the same goals. You are responsible for purchasing and ensuring that food costs and labor costs are maintained. You work closely with the Head Chef, who is your direct supervisor. The Head Chef holds the majority of administrative responsibility and will also be active in production and service. We believe you have At least 3 years of experience as a chef in high-standard à la carte kitchens. Experience in a leadership position such as sous chef. Strong leadership skills.
