Kitchen Manager

We are now looking for a kitchen manager with a passion for great food. A person who is confident in directing and creating. You naturally have experience from restaurant kitchens and preferably in leadership positions. You obviously have a guest focus, service mindset, and enjoy collaboration. You are naturally cheerful and see opportunities while tackling tasks with a smile on your face. You bring organizational skills with you and teamwork is your sport. You work days, evenings, and weekends. You feel confident writing menus, managing self-checks, scheduling, recruitment, budget responsibility, procedures, etc. You participate in our management team and plan the organization's development. You will be employed as a salaried employee with an annual working hours agreement and salary will be set individually. Dalasmaker AB operates *Toppstugan, Grönklitt. *Wärdshuset, Grönklitt. *Smidgården, Fryksås. *Baka kaka, Grönklitt. Wärdshuset: Wärdshuset has approximately 180 seats where we serve a lunch buffet with several different dishes during the day. In the afternoons we offer après-ski and in the evenings we serve an a la carte menu and pizza. The venue also has a café with delicious baked goods, sandwiches, etc. Toppstugan: Toppstugan has approximately 160 indoor and 150 outdoor seats where we serve lunch a la carte as well as bar and fika during the day and in the evenings we serve an a la carte menu and fondue. Smidgården Smidgården has approximately 70 indoor seats where we serve lunch a la carte, fika, and waffles. Baka kaka: Baka kaka is our bakery where we have approximately 100 seats and here we serve lunch a la carte as well as sandwiches, fika, bread, and conferences.
