Matildas Bistro is now seeking an experienced and passionate à la carte cook who wants to become part of our dedicated kitchen team. We offer creative work in a modern restaurant where we prepare food inspired by Swedish and contemporary European cuisine. Quality, excellent ingredients, and an outstanding guest experience are always our focus. About the Position As a cook with us, you will work in a professional and conscientious team where everyone contributes to creating a restaurant experience beyond the ordinary. You will work with à la carte service, prepare and cook high-quality food, and ensure that the kitchen maintains a high standard in terms of taste, presentation, and hygiene. The work is varied and fast-paced, and suits you if you thrive in high-pressure environments, teamwork, and delivering food of the highest quality. We're Looking for You If - You have at least 2–3 years of experience as an à la carte cook. - You have a genuine interest in cooking, ingredients, and gastronomy. - You are self-driven, responsible, and quality-conscious. - You thrive working at a high pace without compromising on quality. - You are a team player with a positive attitude and strong collaboration skills. - You have good knowledge of food hygiene and quality control.
