About the Position First Hotel Royal in Säffle is now looking for a cook to join our team! We're seeking someone with several years of experience in à la carte restaurants, lunch service, and extensive knowledge of Swedish home cooking. Your responsibilities will include preparing lunches, à la carte dishes, and larger events such as weddings and other occasions. You're comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, and you can perform well during busy periods while also being creative and self-motivated during slower times. The kitchen is also responsible for washing dishes and cleaning your work areas and facilities, and you'll assist with serving and bar operations when needed. Qualifications: Education in kitchen and restaurant operations Several years of experience working with à la carte and lunch restaurants Ability to organize and plan your work efficiently Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward both colleagues and guests You are detail-oriented and understand what it means to deliver high-quality service Interviews are held on a rolling basis and employment will begin as soon as possible Submit your application with CV and cover letter to [email protected] Applications that do not include an attached CV and cover letter will not be processed.
