We are a modern restaurant focused on Japanese food from sushi to modern fusion dishes, offering table service, catering, and take-away. Now we're facing an exciting expansion and are therefore looking for more dedicated chefs who want to be part of our journey! We are looking for someone who: - Has a strong interest in Asian cuisine - Thrives in a fast-paced environment and handles stress well - Is a team player, but also comfortable working independently - Understands food hygiene and can plan purchases and routines - Is creative and wants to contribute new ideas to our growing menu You will be responsible for delegating kitchen tasks, preparing dishes for our guests, and ensuring both quality and pace remain at a high level. You will also help ensure we follow budget, hygiene, and safety procedures. If you also have previous experience working in an Asian kitchen, that is certainly a merit. What do we offer?
