At Kajen 11, we believe cooking comes from the heart. ​We're now hiring a flexible chef for approximately 30 hours/week who wants to elevate our lunches to the next level. Some weekend evenings will also be part of the role. Our kitchen is an open concept without vast spaces to navigate, yet spacious and pleasant since you become part of the "décor" itself. ​We're a small, casual elegant restaurant with about 40 seats where we build something authentic together. We're a tight-knit, family-like team where everyone has room to shine and develop "their" section into pure success. ​What we're looking for in you: * ​You know genuine, traditional Swedish comfort food inside and out – but you love occasionally adding fresh twists that elevate the dish to 2026. * ​You're flexible, creative, and enjoy close collaboration in the workplace. Experience is very welcome. ​* You want to make your personal mark on the operation, not just follow a pre-set schedule. ​* You have a feel for both taste and kitchen economics, and thrive taking responsibility for your section to flourish. ​Leading up to our big, official grand opening on August 15, 2026, we're going all in.
