Swedish Tourist Association operates nine mountain stations. The restaurant experience is a major part of a guest's stay with us, and it is important to us to offer well-prepared food made from quality ingredients with warm hospitality. As a chef, you play a crucial role in ensuring every guest has a memorable overall experience. Game, organic, and locally produced items are important choices for us. Plan, prepare, and cook meals Present food in an appealing way Potentially support the mountain station with other tasks We often work in small teams where flexibility and initiative are important. The positions are diverse and encompass multiple work areas. Who are you? You have experience in the culinary profession and basic knowledge of food safety, self-inspection, and HACCP You have a passion for cooking You are a team player who wants to be part of a wonderful team You are responsible and committed to contributing to the overall guest experience You have good skills in Swedish and/or English You must be skilled at collaboration and appreciate living communally, as we both live and work together What you can expect as an employee Employment type: Seasonal work Position: 85-100% Monthly salary according to collective agreement: Visita/HRF's Green National Agreement and Tourism Supplement Work schedule follows operational needs and includes work on weekdays and weekends, daytime and evening shifts Meal deduction according to collective agreement, regulated by the Swedish Tax Agency What do we offer?
