Your Role with Us As a cook with us, you step in and staff our food units as needed, which requires you to be open to new challenges every day. You will work with: preparing and serving meals handling special diets performing self-inspections according to applicable procedures ordering goods and receiving deliveries working with dishwashing and kitchen cleaning packing and other tasks in a kitchen working in our food program Mashie We use Time Care Pool as our booking system for your work shifts. With us, you work during daytime hours, and weekend work is part of our operations. As an employee with us, you are an ambassador for the staffing unit common service. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone who has completed a certified restaurant and food program with a focus on cooking or equivalent education. You need to have knowledge and experience with special diets. Experience working in production kitchens and experience working in small kitchens is a merit. We also want you to have good knowledge of food hygiene and self-inspection, as well as experience with orders and invoice handling. Since orders and communication are part of the work, we assume you have good computer skills and master Swedish in speech and writing. Knowledge and experience with food data programs is a merit.
